The WBENC National Conference & Business Fair is the largest event of its kind for women business owners. Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs); senior executives and procurement representatives from the Fortune 500 and the U.S. Government; and representatives from organizations whose missions align with WBENC’s vision of expanding women’s business opportunities in the market place will converge in Atlanta, Georgia, for one pre-conference day and three days of robust programming. The event includes: lectures and presentations from today’s thought leaders, interactive programming options, 1:1 MatchMaker meetings, networking receptions, and a business fair featuring over 350 exhibitors.

The National Conference & Business Fair is open to WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs), WBENC National Corporate and Government Members, Regional Partner Organizations (RPOs), Regional Corporate and Government Members, non-certified business owners (female and male), buyers and procurement representatives, supplier diversity professionals, and federal, state, and local government officials. We also look forward to welcoming international women business owners Certified by WEConnect International affiliates.
You will connect with women-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies that are industry leaders in healthcare, travel and logistics, food and beverage, energy, retail, transportation, telecommunications, finance, banking, office supplies, and consumer-packaged goods to name a few, as well as federal, state and local government agencies.

The WBENC National Conference & Business Fair is expected to draw more than 4,700 attendees and as many as 350 exhibitors including Fortune 500 companies and America’s leading Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) as well as federal, state and local government agencies.
No, the full attendee list is not published due to privacy policies and risk of scams. However, a full exhibitor list will be published and regularly updated on the conference website. Attendees can also check-in on the WBENC Mobile App once the app is available. In addition, WBENC-Certified WBEs and Corporate Members can utilize WBENCLink2.0 to look up contact information for individuals within the network.

The weather in Atlanta in late June typically has average highs of 88 degrees and lows of 71 degrees Fahrenheit.
The recommended attire for all conference activities during business hours is business casual.
The dress code changes for the evening events:
- Tuesday evening Welcome Reception is business casual.
- Wednesday Evening Event is casual.
- Thursday Tribute! Dinner and Awards Ceremony is business, formal or cocktail attire.
Speakers include nationally recognized experts in relevant topics on business, finance, and key trends. Top executives from major corporations who value the contributions of women in business and a host of talented women business owners with a proven track record of achievement have been invited to share their expertise through keynote speeches and by leading a number of interactive programming activities.
Yes, shuttles will run continuously between the host hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center during conference events.
WBENC has room blocks at both the Marriott Marquis Atlanta and the Westin Peachtree Atlanta — both are considered host hotels and offer discounted WBENC rates. Learn more about the host hotels here.

Spouse/Companion Tickets are available so attendees with Full-Conference registrations can bring a guest to an evening event if they are traveling with a spouse or friend. The Spouse/Companion Tickets are only needed for guests who are not attending the daytime conference activities. Any individual who has a Full-Conference registration or a Day Pass does not need to purchase any additional passes for themselves in order to attend the evening events.
You can purchase a Spouse/Companion Ticket for a spouse/friend you are traveling with for the evening events. They are available each day for the following fees:
- Tuesday Welcome Reception: $150
- Wednesday Evening Event: $175
- Thursday Tribute! Reception and Awards Dinner: $200
These passes are available to purchase as an “Add On” during the registration process.
You can login through the online registration system and register individuals whom you designate as recipients of your company’s allotted Full-Conference Admissions and Wednesday Day passes. This feature requires that you include their full name, company name, and email address as well as demographic information.
All registration/ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued. All exhibitor and sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable.
Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization if you notify WBENC in writing by June 15, 2020. Send transfer and substitutions via email to email@example.com.
Please include the Name, Title, and Email for the original registrant as well as for the new colleague who will be using the registration. All requests must be made in writing by June 15, 2020.
Registrations cannot be transferred between events.
You can login to the registration system to access your records to make changes to allotments or purchase additional items. Sponsors and exhibitors can make changes to their allocated full conference admissions and exhibitor day passes (and additional registrations purchased) until June 15, 2020, when online registration closes.

Note: WBENC reserves the right to approve exhibitor status for all companies. Organizations that register without meeting the above stipulations will not be allowed to exhibit. Fees will not be refunded.

Yes, exhibitors may purchase up to three  additional Wednesday Day Passes for June 24, the day of the Business Fair, at a discounted rate of $250 each. This pass includes all activities taking place on June 24, including the Wednesday Evening Event. These additional Wednesday Day Passes are available for purchase only through the online registration process.
NOTE: All exhibitor transactions are final in accordance with WBENC’s no refund policy.
If you registered before March 30 you will receive a correspondence about your booth placement during the month of April.
If you purchase a booth after April 1 you will receive a correspondence within 12 business days of the date you registered.
The booth assignment process for general exhibitors will not begin until March 1. All booths will be assigned according to the Point System. Booths are assigned based on the sponsor or exhibitor package level, point total, date of registration/purchase and the order in which their booths achieve “paid in full” status.
Booth position on the exhibit floor is determined by a point system. To ensure that your company receives the highest value and return on investment (ROI) from your sponsorship and exhibitor dollars, WBENC has adopted a point system program that offers a hands-on role in the selection of booth location. The point system was developed to increase sponsor and exhibitor ROI through recognition of your company’s past support of the WBENC National Conference & Business Fair, while encouraging new exhibitors and sponsors to confirm their participation in the conference as early as possible. No. Only conference co-chairs, featured sponsors and reception/meal function sponsors have reserved tables. However, you may purchase a table for the Tribute! Dinner for $1,200. It is an option in the additional items for purchase section of the registration process.
Food and beverage catering services are provided by our exclusive caterer, Levy.
Levy is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Georgia World Congress Center. Food and beverages shall not be brought into the building for consumption or sold by entities associated with your event, except by concessionaires designated by the Georgia World Congress Center.
Any trade show exhibitor who wishes to provide sample food or beverages that they normally produce in the ordinary course of their business is required to notify Levy, in writing, as to the nature of the proposed product sample. Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured, processed, or distributed by that exhibiting firm, must be directly related to the purpose of the show, and are dispensed in the contracted areas only.

Your booth must be completely set-up by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23.
On the morning of June 24, you will be able to access your booth beginning at 7:45 AM through the Exhibitor Entrance.
You can begin to dismantle your booth at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24.
Booths must be completely removed no later than 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 25.
No, the Business Fair does not close for lunch; however, the WBENC Café will be open between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM for all attendees.
No, if you require any type of electricity in your booth you must purchase it through Exhibitor Services.

WBENC will not solicit information for exhibitor services or request that you take any other action related to the events unless the message comes directly from WBENC, or, our hotel management team, Stovell Marketing and Public Relations, Inc., or, our exhibit services provider, Hargrove, Inc.
Sponsorship brings tremendous visibility to your brand in front of more than 4,700 individuals. The conference attendees are comprised of women business owners, corporate executives and purchasing decision-makers, as well as representatives from government agencies and advocacy organizations. All sponsors receive brand recognition on the conference website, event publication, signage, as well as an exhibitor booth, conference registrations and access to the Senior Executive Reception preceding the Tribute! Dinner.

Yes, sponsors may purchase additional Full-Conference Registrations for $599 and three additional Wednesday Day Passes for $250 each. These registrations include all activities included in the conference schedule for the specific admission category.

As a Sponsor Contact there are a few things you should know:
- As a Sponsor Contact you are responsible for registering your corporation for the event. You’ll receive directions from Mia Delano with a code to access your company’s registration. You will first register yourself as the Sponsor Contact and fill out your company’s Exhibitor Directory information.
- The Sponsor Contact will then need to register each of the individuals using your Full-Conference Registrations and Wednesday Day Passes. You will need each individual’s full name, company name, and email address as well as demographic information. Please note, if you, the sponsor contact, will also be attending the conference you must register yourself for one of the Registrations or Day Passes.
- If you need to make any changes to the registrations you already completed you can log back in to make the adjustment any time before June 15, 2020.
