Michael Ringley is the Small Business Market Manager for the State of Maryland. Michael leads a team of 12 Small Business Bankers to deliver revenue, client care, and operations excellence by building relationships with our local Small Business Owners. Michael takes the lead on the day to day management, field coaching and calibration of our local and national efforts to serve Small Businesses. Michael and his team come to work each day with an unwavering focus to give Small Business owners the power to achieve their goals.
Michael joined Bank of America in 2007 as a Financial Center Manager and continued his career by leading multiple Financial Centers throughout the Greater DC area. Michael achieved great success by growing client relationships, building partnerships and engaging in the community. Since his promotion to Market Leadership in 2013 Michael has had the privilege to lead multiple teams both in Consumer Banking and in Small Business. He is passionate about developing his team and charting career paths for those he leads to enable them to grow and develop within the organization. Over the past 5 years Michael has helped to mentor, develop and promote over 23 Bank of America Associates.
