The easiest way to register for the 2019 WBENC National Conference & Business Fair is online! We have one centralized portal where you can register as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor for all National Conference & Business Fair functions. Attendees may register onsite during the event. Registration will be open:
Monday, June 24, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, June 25, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, June 26, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Thursday, June 27, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
On-site registrations are available throughout the week and must be paid by company check or credit card. All on-site transactions are final.
Key Registration Dates
January 15, 2019 – Registration opens
April 2, 2019 – Early bird registration ends. Important note: this is the deadline for WBEs to register in order to be eligible for 1:1 MatchMaker Meetings.
June 14, 2019 – Online registration closes. After this date, all registrations and payments will be handled on-site in Baltimore. This is also the final date to submit registration transfer requests.
June 24, 2019 – On-site registration opens at 9 a.m.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All registration/ticket sales are final, no refunds will be issued. All exhibitor and sponsor package purchases are final and non-refundable. Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization if you notify WBENC in writing by June 14 2019. Send transfer and substitutions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include complete contact information for yourself as well as for the colleague who will be using the registration. All requests must be made in writing by June 14, 2019. Registrations may not be transferred to future WBENC events.
