Updating Your Profile
Most of the information in your company's MatchMaker profile comes directly from your WBE certification record, which you can view in WBENCLink2.0. We do this to ensure that the information shared with participating Corporate and Government Members has already been verified and approved during your certification process. Because of this, several fields within your 1:1 MatchMaker profile in Eventdex will not be editable.
However, you are able to edit some data and add additional company information, such as search keywords, brochures/attachments, social media information, and more. Follow these instructions to access your account and update your profile.
Step 1: Login or Create an EventDex Account
Have you participated in 1:1 MatchMakers before?
If you have participated in previous WBENC 1:1 MatchMaker events, you likely already have an Eventdex account. Simply login here (top right of the screen) using the email address below as the username/email and the password used when the account was originally created. If you have forgotten the password, click the “Forgot Password” option at the top right of the screen.
Is this your first 1:1 MatchMakers event?
If you have not participated in previous WBENC 1:1 MatchMaker events, you must first create an Eventdex account in order to access and edit your company profile. To create your account, click here and fill in the information requested under "Sign Up for FREE." Note: you must use the primary female owner's name and email address, as this is what will tie your account to your company profile.
Step 2: Review and Update Your Company Profile
Once logged into Eventdex, you will be able to review and update your company profile. This is what Corporate and Government Members will search and review to find potential suppliers and schedule meetings.
If your company has participated in previous 1:1 MatchMaker events, your previous MatchMaker profile has been auto-populated. If this is your first time participating in the 1:1 MatchMaker event, your MatchMaker profile information has been uploaded from the WBENCLink2.0 system.
Please note: all updates must be completed by midnight on Friday, April 26.
Click on the gear icon in the event box labeled "2019 NCBF 1:1 MatchMaker."
To the left of the navigation menu bar, click on “Profile” to open your profile, then click on the pencil icon to edit the desired section.
If the field is grayed out and/or labeled Read Only, it cannot be edited as it is data from your WBENCLink2.0 profile and must be corrected by your assigned RPO before edits can be made in your MatchMaker profile. Learn more about MatchMaker profile fields.
Once you have finalized/updated your profile, click "Save."
To view your completed profile, click the Print icon on the top right of the form, then click "Yes."

Step 3: Set Your Schedule
MatchMaker Meetings will take place on Thursday, June 27 from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. If you are unavailable for any portion of that time, you are responsible for blocking that time slot within Eventdex.
How to block timeslots:
Click on “My Appointments" in the left navigation bar. (Note: this is also where you will receive meeting invites during the Corporate Member selection process, which takes place April 19 - May 24.)
Click on the calendar icon to the far top-right of the screen. You will notice there are twelve (12) meeting timeslots where you are marked as available, as indicated in green. Put your cursor on the time you wish to block and click on the red “Block” button. The system will change the available timeslot from green to red, indicating that you are not available. To the Corporate Member, it will appear that you have already been scheduled at this time.
Please remember to block your calendar as your schedule changes. If a Corporate Member schedules a meeting for a time you are not available, there will be no guarantee of a new meeting time.
